I would like to take the time and tell you a little about myself and what you can expect from me as your real estate agent. I am married and have three wonderful children ages 8, 11 and 13. I have lived in Las Cruces for over twelve years and have enjoyed watching my children partake in the many activities that Las Cruces has to offer. I can truly say that Las Cruces is a wonderful place to raise a family or retire.

As your real estate agent, I am 100% committed to helping you find the home that is right for you or helping you sell your home, in a manner that is as stress-free and easy as possible. I will take care of all the work involved in buying or selling a home:

• I will prepare and present all the legal documents that a contractual offer entails.
• I will walk you through property disclosures created by the seller or submitted for the buyer. 
• I will make sure inspections, surveys, appraisals and walk thru's are completed in a timely manner.
• Any negotiations of waivers and objections are handled through me.
• You can ensure that I will always keep you informed from the beginning to the end of the transaction process and ensure that there are not any last minute issues.
